Shopping at SCOULERS is designed to be a ‘fun’
experience where you can enjoy selecting the finest produce.
The food, of course, is the big draw with as much as
possible made by ourselves. French bread is baked on the premises
and simply “flies off the shelves”.
“We make our own quiches, cook our own
meats with our rare roast beef being a particular speciality”
adds William.
Over 50 cheeses are stocked with a wide range of freshly
baked pies, pasties and sausage rolls which are either made in-house
or sourced specifically for their quality. “We have spent
a great deal of time sampling what’s available in the market
and feel it is extremely important to be able to personally recommend
all the products we sell”.
On fine weather days customers can sit outside and
enjoy cappuccinos, speciality teas or organic juices or even sample
a moreish Loseley icecream. All service is with a smile!
“We’ve just launched a new range of home-made
cakes made from free range eggs and fine ingredients with no preservatives.
Our most popular are the lemon drizzle cake and coffee and walnut
sponge.”
Another speciality is their mouthwatering desserts
such as scrumptious fresh fruit pavlovas with lovely gooey merangue
and delicious chocolate and cream roulade with kirsch.
SCOULERS also offers a full catering service. This
ranges from the finest plattered sandwiches and finger foods, great
for business lunches or parties, (delivered locally free of charge
for orders over £25) to a beautifully presented range of gourmet
homemade meals, suitable for any special occasion. A team of fully
trained waiting staff are also available, who have been praised
on many occasions for their smartness and professionalism.
SCOULERS
design and make-up their own hampers and gift baskets, all hand-decorated,
which make fabulous presents for families, friends and customers/clients
alike. For orders over £100 these are delivered locally free
of charge.
